SYSJACKAL BBS is a Bulletin Board System, for those who may not know what such a system is, A bulletin board system (BBS) is a computer or an application dedicated to the sharing or exchange of messages or other files on a network. Originally an electronic version of the type of bulletin board found on the wall in many kitchens and work places, the BBS was used to post simple messages between users. (from techtarget.com)
I did not realize such systems still existed until recent so I threw together my own! I am new to all of this so please bare with me. Recently I have migrated softwares from Synchronet to Mystic to Enigma 1/2, for now I am gonna try and stick to Enigma, however, being that Enigma uses full ASCII you need to use a special telnet client to properly see the ASCII.

Netrunner COnnection steps:
Once you are greeted with NetRunners' blank screen, press ALT+D to pull up your phone book, then press INSERT, once done, fill out the sections accordingly
Once you have filled in the appropriate blanks, press ESC to bring up the "Save Changes?" prompt and press enter.
After you have done so, use your arrow keys to select the new entry and press enter to connect, follow the onscreen prompts from there :3
Syncterm connection steps:
SynchTerm comes pre-loaded with a bunch of different BBS systems, however we are going to add our own. Press INSERT, and enter SYSJACKAL BBS or whatever you want SYSJACKAL to come up as.
Next, select Telnet as your connection type.
Next in the Address prompt, enter 2.tcp.ngrok.io as below.
Now, due to the way that I do my port tunneling stuffs we're gonna have to go back and edit our new SYSJACKAL BBS entry. To do so, highlight the new entry with your arrowkeys and press F2, which will bring up the Edit Directory Entry menu. From there, highlight TCP Port and press ENTER, and enter in 15881 and press ENTER once more.
Next, press ESCAPE, and make sure you have SYSJACKAL BBS highlighted, and press ENTER to connect!
Just like that, you're in.
From there you can create an account through apply, just follow the prompts! I can't wait to see you call :3
